Bi-metal mud pump liner
The sleeve of the liner has the maximum amount of chrome for the base metal, and is inserted into the forged steel hull at tightness. The bore hardness is 60 to 67 Rockwell C scales while the hull has high tensile strength of more than 800Mpa.
The liner is rated to match the pressure rating of the pump per liner size with a Life time of more than 800 hrs.
Liners are put in from the cylinder cover bore in the front of the cylinder and fixed with liner cage, cylinder cover plug and cylinder cover when installing.
