Sucker rod
Steel sucker rod is one of major equipment for oilfield,. Grade C and Grade D sucker rods are our main products producing in accordance with API Spec. 11 B.
Grade C sucker rod is made of fine carbon steel SSYD-1 ( equivalent to AISI 1526). It is featured by moderate strength, good plasticity and better corrosion-resistance. Grade C sucker rod is suitable for sour medium environment where they are not susceptible to sulphuric stress cracking.
Grade D sucker rod is made of Ni-Mo alloy stell 30 CrMoA ( equivalent to AISI 4130 ). It is featured by high strength, better plasticity and long service life after heat treatment. Grade D sucker rod is suitable for the deeper oil well in the non-corrosion or light-corrosion medium.
Grade K sucker rod is made of fine Ni-Mo alloy steel 20Ni2MoA ( equivalent to AISI 4620 ). It has strength of suitable corrosion-resistant plastic and is suitable for light loads and corrosive medium light wells.
